The answer is quite simple….
Freedom is a CHOICE.
So YES for some of us, we are REALLY FREE!
For me, I KNOW that I am FREE.
I am free to make my own decisions in life, to use my voice and let others know when they are overstepping territory..and you are too.
I am FREE to live a life that is enriching, FREE to make my own mistakes…FREE TO DISCOVER MYSELF as a Wombman…
Free to ASK QUESTIONS…FREE to choose my life path…
What did Beyonce say?!
They love the way I walk
‘Cause I walk with a vengeance
And they listen to me when I talk
‘Cause I ain’t pretending
It took a while, now I understand
Just where I’m going
I know the world and I know who I am
It’s ’bout time I show it
I’m a grown woman
I can do whatever I want
I’m a grown woman
I can do whatever I want

I’m a GROWN WOMAN!!! I CAN DO WHATEVER I WANT!!!
This VENGEANCE that she is referring to is the divine natural feminine energy that women possess. Vengeance means “with great force”….”to an extreme degree”…
If used beneficially and not meticulously like some women do, this energy balances the masculine energy.
This has been the misconception that has been spread all over the earth….that for some reason, WOMEN NEED to be put on a sort of leash to keep us in check….that we need to be “watched” closely. In fact, most religions started from this basic idea of Male dominance on the earth.
Just a few examples here:
In Zoroastrianism, women were seen as the weaker vessel…more prone to “sin” than the man. Women also had to follow a code of conduct in the community or face a punishment from “God”.
“Righteous women” were those who were acquiescent and conforming, showing reverence and obedience to their husbands,” and abstaining from sin. Those women who abused or defied their husbands or who ignored their maternal duty to their children would condemn their own souls to hell..
Gender: The Wiley Blackwell Companion to Zoroastrianism
In the Biblical text…..
1 Corinthians 14:34 and 35 (NASB)
(34) Let the women keep silent in the churches; for they are not permitted to speak, but let them subject themselves, just as the Law also says.
(35) And if they desire to learn anything, let them ask their own husbands at home; for it is improper for a woman to speak in church.
Clearly something is spoken not by the mouth of the “Creator”, but by Men. It’s these patriarchal reLIEgions, like Zoroastrianism, that told us women were considered “unclean” and had to basically hide at home while our bodies self-cleansed monthly….separated from family members and placed in seclusion…untouched. Can you imagine the effects this has placed on our esteem? Feeling DIRTY because of a natural phenomenon?
I will cover this topic more in-depth in a later post.
*And please don’t take my word for it, research for yourself.*
We are indeed FREE spirits, here on this journey to learn from OUR OWN life experiences. We are FREE to make choices…and with EACH CHOICE, there is a conSEQUENCE…sequence of actions that stem from a behavior….malevolent and benevolent.

Taken from Merriam-Webster online Dictionary..
freeDOM has the same suffix as kingDOM….
Does this awaken something in your being?
DOM means DOMINANCE….when you add this dominant articulation to FREE, it means you are FREE and rightfully commanding your position!
My daughter asked us the other night, “Why do you guys get to tell us what to do?” I told her because we’re her parents. But it had me thinking afterwards….good question! This is trial and error parenting, what gives me the right to TELL her what to do? I guess she has better suggestions? 😂
And she also stated later, “I’m grown so I can do my own thing too”…
You know the saying “The apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree.” I get a laugh out of the things my children do because I know how I was as a child. I had tendencies to be an adult with responsibilities at a young age. I was cooking full meals at 8 years old and babysitting as a job at 12! For this reason, I try not to YELL at my children for saying things that are thought-provoking. What you don’t see on here is what goes on behind the scenes….you only get a SNIPPET out of an entire season of my family’s life.
I have come to the realization that my daughter is mature beyond her age. This time was the perfect opportunity for me to sit down with her and explain the birds and the bees. I realize with her personality, if I try to FORCE her to do as I say, she will only rebel. My goal is not to TAINT her developing spirit, but offer her GUIDANCE and ways to balance out these feelings. Because if I PUNISH her for her curiosity, I would be no different than those in society who feel it necessary to teach FEAR AND COMPLIANCE to keep their children in line.
A very wise person whom I admire told me that we as parents are as LIFE COACHES/ADVISORS to our children, here to aid them in their own discovery through this maze of life.
This rings true with me because my children have been the primary reason for me venturing out to explore new things. This free-spirit was already resonating in my body, but their presence intensified this need to SEE and KNOW versus just believing. I learn a lot from my babies. And I’m thankful for being a mother at this critical time in my life.
I know there are many who find it comical to see titles such as FREE or FREE SPIRIT….
But when you know who you are (I AM), when you KNOW your power, when you KNOW the authority of speech and etymology…
Then it will become more clear why it’s important to say it loud I’M FREE.. and I have freeDOMINANCE over my soul.
These vibrations have to roll off of YOUR tongue….
Are you truly FREE?!
